Here is how I teach the concept of five-act structure. It’s a sequence of 25 slides presented as a glossy PDF. These 25 slides have completely changed the practice of around 99% of people who have ever seen them. Once you understand this concept, you will never look at a blank sheet of paper again when you are trying to plan a story.
